A submerged heritage that the Superintendence of the Sea makes accessible through a series of underwater archaeology itineraries in Sicily at visitable marine parks, in line with the principles of the UNESCO Convention for the Protection of the Sea and Ancient Sites.
A universe of wrecks and remains of ancient civilisations that have traversed Sicily and the Mediterranean at the disposal of divers and diving enthusiasts: no less than 26 underwater archaeological itineraries in areas of natural interest to be explored.
