Comparing works of art from the Buildings of Cult collection.
The exhibition presents a selection of works housed in the former church of San Francesco d’Assisi in Aidone, compared with a selection of works of a similar iconographic subject owned by the Fondo Edifici di Culto, the selected works range from XVI and XIX century, proposing in an unprecedented path through images illustrating the different aspects and technical procedures of artistic production, and its intentions.
The exhibition will be held at the church of San Francesco d’Assisi in Aidone, in Piazza Sen. Cordova. Visiting hours 9.00 – 19.00 Free admission
